ProSys Fill has announced the LB300 Lip Balm Filler, a cutting-edge solution designed to streamline and optimize the production of lip balms, lipsticks, deodorants, and face sunscreen sticks. 

The LB300 Lip Balm Filler is a fully automated system that handles the entire process from fill to finish. This includes stick sortation, puck loading, cap sortation, and capping, and a de-pucking station, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.

It has tooling available for 0.15oz, 0.25oz, and 0.5oz sizes to meet diverse customer requirements. An optional elevator position inspection feature prevents overspills, maintaining a clean and efficient production environment. 

The positive displacement heated filling heads offer high accuracy and repeatability, ensuring that each unit is filled to perfection. The cooling tunnel and re-melting station create a flawless final product appearance, enhancing the overall quality of the finished items.

ProSys Fill also offers an optional in-line labeling station to create a complete finished product for overall efficiency and convenience. 

The LB300 can meet the high demands of the cosmetics and personal care markets by producing up to 300 units per minute.
